Reframe It, a browser plug-in that allows users to bookmark and comment on specific content within a web page. By creating a virtual page margin, Reframe It allows users to collect, organize, and share information within the content on a page quickly.

Reframe It is still beta, and community participation is still small. Still, I find the tool beneficial for both presenting information and researching various topics.
