		<description><![CDATA[If you don’t need audio indexing and are comfortable with external software EverNote (http://www.evernote.com/) is a solid competitor.  In some ways it offers a better solution, it’s multiplatform and sync’s to the web.  Of course it’s free that always helps. 

I’d still choose Onenote as my preferred solution. If you’re looking low cost EverNote is a good pick.
