Once you’ve created your Office Live workspace you may be invited to join the Office Web Application Beta project. These lightweight web versions of Office applications have been rumored for years. Now it seems like they are quickly becoming a reality. Images of the applications are available at http://workspace.officelive.com/FAQ/thumbnails and rumor has it, Office Live Workspace members will be the first invited to demo them.
